What we Do? Workforce Leasing

TechniSK provides a comprehensive workforce lease of highly skilled professionals tailored for demanding industrial environments. Our expertise includes experienced automation electricians available for on-site deployment and mechanical engineers or technicians specialized in the assembly of production lines and robotic cells. We offer PLC and robot programmers with extensive knowledge across multiple platforms, supported by senior electrical project managers and team leaders capable of coordinating complex on-site operations. Our services are completed by professional electrical installation commissioning, ensuring a full setup from initial testing to final sign-off.

Why Us

Multilingual management & European talent reach

Our management team speaks Slovak, Czech, Polish, Russian and further European languages, enabling us to source, screen and onboard qualified engineers and contractors directly across Europe.

Expert-Led Field Operations and Vetted Networks

With over 8 years of direct, on-the-tools experience in electrical installation, our team possesses the technical depth to instantly distinguish true experts from impostors. Beyond our agile core, we maintain a robust pool of vetted specialists and trusted contractors, allowing us to scale up rapidly and provide the right candidates for even the most demanding large-scale projects.

Committed Project Responsibility and Global Reach

TechniSK is a dedicated automation company, not a staffing agency; we take full responsibility for project outcomes rather than simply providing labor. Strategically based in Slovakia (EU), we are globally deployable with active project experience across Italy, Sweden, and Germany, and are currently expanding our operational presence into the United States.
